A confirmation fax will be sent out to an applicant in two weeks on
receipt of the fax registration form.
If you do not receive timely confirmation of your registration form's

ADDITION/MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION

Totsuka branch for registration addition, modification, and cancellation.

addition/modification
If the modified registration fees are more expensive than the original
fees, we will charge you the amount which is not covered by the original
payment. The fees are calculated based on the date when you make addition
or modification. Please check a table about registration categories
and fees before making modification.

Please send mail or fax to UD2002, Totsuka Branch, JTB Corp. If the
cancellation mail or fax are arrived on or before 31 October, 2002 to
JTB and registration fees are already paid, 50% of the registration
fees are refunded but you have to pay for a bank transfer fee. No refunds
will be issued after 1 November, 2002.
Hotel
reservation addition/modification/cancellation
Please explain your addition/modification and send it. In the case
of shortage of guest rooms, we may not be able to reserve your room.
There is a hotel reservation addition/modification fee of 525 yen for
each request. The cancellation will charge you a cancellation fee as
shown in the following table and a cancellation fee of 525 yen for each
request.

*If you will cancel your hotel after 29 November, please let your hotel
